Hip Hop Caucus Clean Energy Now! Tour Hits Little Rock (Repower America Event)
The Alliance for Climate Protection’s Repower America campaign is teaming up with the Hip Hop Caucus on a bus tour that will bring together leaders from the faith, business, and climate communities alongside entertainers and prominent figures. The Hip Hop Caucus Clean Energy Now! Tour will assemble diverse participants to amplify the voices of the young people and communities of color that are calling for a transition to a clean energy economy.

On Friday, February 19th, local artists Peazy Baby, 607 and Epiphany will join the 2010 Hip Hop Caucus Clean Energy Now- national bus tour with Repower Arkansas for rallies at Philander Smith’s Kendall Center and Arkansas Baptist College’s Gymnasium. The events will feature live music from local and national hip hop artists and remarks by Reverend Lennox Yearwood Jr. on the importance of transitioning America to a clean energy economy.
